Why Cold Pressed Sunflower Oil?
Contrary to common knowledge, there exists a notable difference between typical sunflower oil, which tends to be rich in linoleic acid which possesses more inflammatory properties, and the particular Cold Pressed sunflower oil deliberately selected by us.
Our chosen oil boasts over 83% Oleic acid and minimal linoleic acid content, rendering it inherently anti-inflammatory. It's this distinct characteristic that has earned us approval from the Heart & Stroke Foundation as a key component of their healthy eating plan.
